I've used Carrie Baker & Associates for 2 home sales and 1 home purchase, and I can't recommend them more highly. My latest home sale in Del Cerro needed to be handled quickly and professionally, and Carrie Baker and Julie Thomas stepped up and got us a buyer who paid over asking before we even hit the market. The process went quick and smooth and we closed with no issues within 30 days.

Carrie is awesome! This is my second transaction with Carrie and her team. I used her to sell our house in Del Cerro in 2021 and now as my buyer agent. Carrie is very knowledgeable, responsive, and has great negotiating skills. I highly recommend Carrie of you're looking for a realtor.
